Agenda:- Website Development
- Volunteers to Survey in Rural villages
Website Development: 1. Updating website www.saransh.org.in - Static Contents with Photo a. CD will be given to Priya on Monday 2. Developing E-Business pages which includes online shopping. a. Should work on integration of Credit Card Engine for online transactions 3. Optimization with some keywords a. Getting listed in the first page with the search Engines like Google, Yahoo…
Setting up conference call with the WMT and Saransh within next weekend and discuss about the above mention points. Volunteers to Survey in Rural Villages: - Saransh has to come up with the Questionnaires required to do the surveys by our Volunteers.
- Dos and Don’ts to be documented by Saransh.
- Saransh has to work on logistics involved in surveys like Transportation for the students and other things.
- Both Saransh and Mukta has to work on the acknowledgment or Certificate to be given to the students
- They really don’t know properly to measure disability!! So we can do some R&D on this with the help of SKID, NAB and try to update them.
Mukta has to pull in NCC guys from Jain Coll for this activity. General Points Discussed - Approaching corporate to setup stalls for them in our resp companies where in they sell wood free biodegradable products, Ceramics, Candles, Agarbathi’s, Leather Products.
- Saransh and Tejasvi will work with IIM-B Professor who can bring structure into the organization. Before that Saransh has to provide their current process to Tejasvi.
- Tejasvi will be guiding Saransh with export route. She will be sending mail id, address and other details of VITC whom to contact for more information on exports.
- They require 2 people who can work for them in their office (Salaried)
- One should know the basics of computers, Internet and should be able to speak in English. And as of now they don’t want differently abled people as it will be tough to arrange for transport and other amenities. They are willing to pay 2500/- . They want us to let them know if there is someone who can fit the job.
- They want to have a small store opened and are in search of a small shop for it. We can see if we can help them procure a shop.
- They have a future priority to set-up a unit which is run and entirely managed by disabled. Ex: A hand made paper factory.
- Home of Love - Saransh collect old clothes for them. Setting up of boxes to collect old clothes in our resp comp which will be distributed among the disabled people in the villages.
