Notes: - Team updated the new volunteers about Mukta and its activities (projects and partners).
- Team discussed projects at Veena Vidyaniketan
- Praveen S updated the team about his fundraising ideas and T-Shirt initiative
- Yatin and Arathi from dosomething.com had come and elaborated on missinghalf project.
- Team felt that much more can be achieved if we follow certain protocols and be aggressive in our followups
- Team came up with a new spirit -Empowerment. Mukta to empower the NGOs it partners with.
- Team discussed on ways to make communication and participation more effective
Next Steps/Action Points: - Introduce forum, chat an personal messaging on website - AR - CSP
- Team to partcipate actively through forums and to reduce the use of forums. Team to revisit action points and do aggressive followups
