Notes:
- Mahesh, CSP and Deepak briefed the new volunteers about Mukta, its purpose and its current activities
- Priya suggested that mails should be streamlined, subjects should be intuitive. Volunteers should be in a position to judge with the help of the subject - what is intended for them and what is not. All volunteers acceded to her suggestion
- Few volunteers came up with the idea of starting a newsletter.
- CSP briefed the team about the new features of the website
- Few suggested that we should meet every month may be first Sunday of every month
Next Steps:
- Integrating Wiki, PM tool and mailing list manager with Mukta website (AR:CK and CSP)
- Sahana initiative (AR:Praveen S)
- ADT work at NAB (AR:Kiran Dhamane and Praveen BS)
- Get the material related to communication skill from Intel (AR:Deepak)
- Use wiki extensively for meeting minutes, project updates etc. (AR:All)
- Find out more about text book initiative from Yuva (AR:Praveen S)
- Publish project details on Wiki (AR:Co-ordinators)
- Template for curriculum and a presentation on Mukta (AR:Deepak) |
